Shipping, Logistics, and Delivery

  • Production Times: Because items are made to order by Tapstitch, production times may vary based on demand, seasonal volume, and garment availability. Estimated production times are separate from shipping transit times.

 

  • Shipping Addresses: You are entirely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for delayed, lost, or returned packages resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
we currently do not ship to P.O boxes
  • No Buyer's Remorse: Because all garments are custom-made on-demand to your specific variant selections, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing choice, or a change of mind. Please consult our sizing charts carefully before ordering.
  • Defective or Damaged Goods: If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprint, or clear transit damage, you must contact us at shadeofheartz@gmail.com within [ 140 days to match Tapstitch's 180-day window] of delivery.
  • Required Proof: To qualify for a free replacement or refund on damaged goods, you must provide your order number alongside clear photographic or video evidence of the structural defect or print error.
  • Cancellations: Orders can only be modified or canceled before they enter the manufacturing stage at Tapstitch. Once production begins, the custom order cannot be stopped, canceled, or refunded.
